Check-In & Check-Out

Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. Check-out time is 12:00 p.m. (noon). Your site number is subject to change prior to arrival unless a site lock fee was paid at the time of booking.

No-Shows

Any guest who has not arrived within 24 hours of their check-in time, and has not made prior arrangements with staff, will be considered a no-show and will forfeit their deposit.

Permitted Occupants

All reservations include up to 8 guests (maximum: 4 adults; 6 children). The individual reserving the site must be at least 18 years of age and physically present at check-in. Children 16 and under must be supervised by an adult at all times.

Visitors

Guests may have visitors so long as total occupancy does not exceed the maximum listed above. All visitors must be registered at the campground office and must abide by all Camp Davis policies. Visitors are only permitted on property when registered guests are present.

Long-Term Stays (30+ Nights)

All reservations of 30 nights or longer require first month's payment at the time of arrival in the form of cash, credit card, or Venmo. Personal checks are not accepted.

Short-Term Stays
  • Cancellations made 14 days or more prior to arrival: full refund, minus booking and credit card processing fees.
  • Cancellations made 7–13 days prior to arrival: 50% refund of deposit, minus booking and credit card processing fees.
  • Cancellations made 6 days or less prior to arrival: non-refundable.
Long-Term Stays (30+ Nights)

No refunds will be given after arrival for stays of 30 nights or longer.

Please Note No refunds are provided for early departures or unused nights. Weather conditions do not constitute grounds for a refund. All cancellation requests must be submitted through our booking system.

We are a pet-friendly campground! West Texas is beautiful — and full of natural hazards like goatheads, cactus, and wildlife. We recommend dog boots, frequent paw checks, and a pet first-aid kit. We do not offer refunds for early departures due to these natural conditions.

General Rules
  • Maximum of two (2) pets per reservation.
  • Pets must be on a leash and restrained at all times when outside an RV.
  • No pet may be left unattended outside of an RV, even if restrained.
  • Pets must be up to date on vaccines; records must be available upon request.
  • Notify the office of your pets at check-in if not already added to your reservation.
Pet Damage Fees

Guests are financially responsible for any damage to Camp Davis property caused by their pet(s). Damage will be assessed by management at or following departure and charged to the card on file.

$25 Minor damage — scratched screens, dug areas, minor messes $100 Moderate damage — damaged hookups, landscaping, site fixtures $250 Significant damage — infrastructure, electrical, or structural damage
Disruptive or Aggressive Pets

Management has sole discretion to require a guest to restrict a pet's behavior or location, or remove the pet from the campground. Failure to comply may result in immediate termination of the reservation without refund.

Camp Davis is a place to step away from the noise of the world. Out of respect for guests who come here to disconnect and recharge, all displays should contribute to a peaceful, welcoming environment for everyone.

Flags

Only the United States flag and the State of Texas flag are permitted to be displayed at Camp Davis RV Park. Flags must be mounted on a pole or staff attached directly to the guest's RV or vehicle — freestanding ground-mounted flagpoles are not permitted. Flag poles or staffs may not extend beyond the roofline of the RV to which they are attached. All flags must be maintained in good condition and displayed respectfully.

Signs & Pennants

Signs, pennants, banners, and similar displays are permitted within the boundaries of a guest's designated site, provided they: (1) do not extend beyond site boundaries; (2) do not display content that a reasonable person could interpret as a political, social, or ideological statement, including but not limited to references to political parties, candidates, elected officials, legislation, social movements, or matters of public controversy; and (3) do not exceed 12 inches by 24 inches in any dimension. Displays containing vulgar, offensive, or discriminatory language or imagery are strictly prohibited.

Vehicle Displays

No restrictions are placed on bumper stickers, license plates, or other displays permanently or semi-permanently affixed to a guest's personal vehicle as part of that vehicle.

Enforcement Guests in violation will be asked to remove the display immediately. Failure to comply may result in removal from the campground without refund.
Quiet Hours

Quiet hours are 10:00 p.m. – 8:00 a.m. daily. No loud talking, radios, televisions, or other noise that may disturb guests is permitted. Generators are not permitted on property without prior written approval from management.

Respect Your Neighbor

Please be considerate of your neighbors' privacy and space. Do not walk through another guest's site. Harassment or offensive, intolerant language or actions will not be tolerated in any form — including with respect to race, color, national origin, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability, or political views.

Smoking & Alcohol

No smoking or vaping in restrooms, indoor facilities, common areas, or outdoor amenities. Smoking is permitted on your own site provided it does not directly impact other guests. Alcohol is permitted by adults of legal drinking age, consumed responsibly. Illegal drugs are strictly prohibited.

Fireworks & Weapons

Fireworks, sparklers, and all explosive or incendiary devices are strictly prohibited. Firearms must comply with all federal, state, and local laws and may only be kept in a locked, private vehicle. Discharge, display, or handling of any firearm or weapon on property is grounds for immediate eviction without refund.

Transportation

Non-motorized bicycles, scooters, and skates are permitted when used safely and quietly. Motorized micro-mobility devices are permitted for those over 16 with a valid driver's license. Drones, motorbikes, hoverboards, UTVs, and ATVs are prohibited.

Neatness

Sites must be kept neat at all times. Only outdoor furniture is permitted on sites. No tarps, carports, pools, washers, dryers, or appliances. One RV per site. Boats, cargo trailers, and similar equipment require prior management approval.

Sewer & Utilities

Sewer hoses must be undamaged and properly connected with a sewer donut. Discharge of wastewater, grey water, or any hazardous material is strictly prohibited. Guests are responsible for damages caused by improper sewer connections. Tampering with electrical pedestals is grounds for immediate removal without refund.

Garbage

Household garbage must be placed in designated areas only. Disposal of hazardous waste or large items (mattresses, electronics, furniture) is not permitted on property and must be taken to a local dump facility.

Wildlife

Please respect our local wildlife. Use caution near natural brush. Feeding, killing, or disturbing wildlife — including deer and javelinas — is strictly prohibited. Some local wildlife is protected by State Law.

Site Modifications

No construction or site modifications are permitted for any guest. This includes outdoor kitchens, sheds, flagpoles, concrete, room additions, carports, patios, or screened rooms.

Rate Increases

Camp Davis RV Park, LLC reserves the right to adjust rates for long-term guests at any time at management's sole discretion. Guests will receive no less than sixty (60) days written notice via email or letter prior to the effective date. It is the guest's responsibility to maintain current contact information with the office. Continued occupancy following a rate increase constitutes acceptance of the new rate.

Late Payment

A late payment charge of $50.00 will be assessed on delinquent accounts after the 5th day of the month.

Site Relocation

There is a $150 fee for any relocation of a long-term guest to a new site.

Subleasing

Subleasing, selling, or otherwise transferring access to a site or RV to any person not registered in the reservation is not permitted without management's express written approval.

Abandoned Property

Units left on site without an active reservation will be considered abandoned and disposed of in compliance with local regulations. In the event of damage from a natural disaster, repairs must commence and be completed within 90 days. Failure to repair within this period may result in the unit being considered abandoned, subject to applicable law and written notice.

Businesses

No business may operate from or within the campground without prior written consent of management. Remote or digital work is permitted provided it does not bring additional traffic to the site, cause nuisance, or affect the appearance of the site.

Force Majeure

Camp Davis RV Park, LLC shall not be held liable for any failure or interruption of services, temporary closure, or cancellation of reservations resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to wildfire, flash flooding, acts of nature, acts of God, epidemic, pandemic, government-ordered closure, or any other event that renders the campground unsafe or inoperable.

In the event of a management-issued closure due to a Force Majeure Event, guests will receive a pro-rated refund for any unused nights remaining at the time of closure. No additional compensation will be provided. Camp Davis is not responsible for any incidental costs incurred by guests, including travel, lodging, or transportation expenses. Guests who voluntarily depart prior to a management-issued closure order will not be entitled to a refund.

Liability Waiver

By accepting a reservation, the guest waives, releases, and discharges Camp Davis RV Park, LLC and its affiliates, owners, managers, and employees from all claims and liability for personal injury, accidents, property damage, or any other claim arising out of the guest's use of the campground or property. The guest agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Camp Davis from all losses, claims, and expenses arising from the guest's use of the property. The guest is responsible and liable for the actions and safety of every person in their group.

Photography & Video

As part of our marketing efforts, we may photograph or video guests on property. By choosing to stay at Camp Davis, each guest and visitor consents to the capture and use of their voice, image, and likeness for marketing purposes without payment of any fees. If minor children are present, their legal guardian must notify management at the time a photo or video is taken if permission is not granted for their likeness to be used.

Emergency Dial 911 in case of emergency. All guests must comply with campground staff instructions during any emergency situation.
